My Love for Travel

Travel has always been more than just a passion for me—it’s been a way to truly see the world and connect with it through my photography. As soon as I graduated high school, I packed my bags and set off on a year-long backpacking adventure through Europe. Over that year, I explored eight different countries, each offering its own adventure. I stood on the edge of a volcano in Italy, swam with octopuses in the crystal waters of Italy, Hiked along the coastal cliffs of Ireland, and sipped sangria on sun-soaked Spanish beaches. Every destination gave me new stories to capture, and it was during this time that I realized travel and photography would always be intertwined in my life.

Since then, I’ve taken several cross-Canada road trips, embracing the diversity of landscapes and cultures across my home country. One of the boldest decisions I’ve made was to move to British Columbia on a whim, where I spent time photographing the raw, powerful stories of Vancouver’s Downtown East side.

The USA has also been a big part of my travel journey. I’ve had the privilege of photographing New York Fashion Week, spending time exploring in Florida documenting the amazing wildlife. From girls’ trips to Nashville to road trips along Maine’s stunning coast and Salem’s eerie charm, I’ve explored a wide range of destinations across the States. And it doesn’t stop there—I’ve also traveled to multiple different countries for destination weddings, capturing love stories in breathtaking places.

These experiences—whether in the bustling streets of European cities or the quiet moments in remote corners of Canada—have shaped my photography and deepened my love for travel. It’s not just about capturing a moment; it’s about understanding the stories, emotions, and connections that make each place unique. Every journey adds something new to my lens, and I’m always eager for the next adventure.
