My Style and Approach to Photography

My Photography Style

My photography style is all about staying true to life—capturing the genuine emotions, the real moments, and the beauty of each story in an honest, authentic way.

I love creating a balance between classic, timeless images and those with a more modern, edgy feel. Some moments deserve to be captured with the elegance of tradition, while others call for a fresh perspective and a more contemporary vibe. This blend gives your gallery a sense of both nostalgia and modern flair, creating photos that are as memorable as they are timeless.

My Editing Process

In my editing, I aim for a natural, true-to-life look. I want the photos to look like a reflection of the real moment, not over-edited or over-stylized. I embrace rich, deep tones that enhance the mood, but I also keep a light hand, ensuring colors are vibrant yet true to how you remember the day.

I also have a soft spot for black-and-white photography. There’s something about stripping away color that intensifies the emotion, drawing you deeper into the moment. It’s a way to capture rawness, depth, and authenticity in a way that feels both timeless and intimate.

How I Capture Your Moments

.

When it comes to posed shots, I take a minimal approach. I photograph the posed moments you specifically request and may gently guide you into better lighting or adjust your positioning for a more flattering frame as you move through the day. But beyond that, my focus is always on capturing the real, in-between moments—the fleeting glances, the unplanned laughter, the emotions that truly tell the story of your day.

Whether it’s a wedding or a family session, my goal is to let the moments unfold naturally and to be there to capture them as they happen. I want you to look at your photos and not just remember the day—but feel the emotion, the connection, and the joy of the moment.
